My net was down since last 20 days and i am fed up about complaining it. Every time a new caller attends the call from call centre and said sorry to me for the delay but the problem is still there. Escalation managers are also # and didn't take the call every time. Submitted request for disconnection but that also not happened. A/c:[protected]
