I am a Hathway broadband customer for almost 2 years now. The broadband services were working okay till June 2015. But after that there have been intermittent issue when the internet just stopped working and I had to call them up to get it fixed and then in few hours or next day it starts working.
In the last 15 days the issue has become worse, and the internet just stops working everyday. In last 2 weeks I had made around 50 calls to their customer care number to get the issue fixed. I have also spoken with multiple supervisors from Hathway to make them aware about my recurring issue, and each of the customer care executive and the supervisor have promised me that the issue will not happen again. But as I anticipated the issue happens the very next day and sometimes on the same day. They simply lie to me every time.
To simply say they are not able to provide the services at all. So I requested them to terminate the connection and refund my 2 months pending amount that I have paid to them. But they say that they can not refund the money because it's a pre-paid connection. How can they expect a customer to continue with such pathetic services.
