I am writing to file a complaint against Hathway, an internet service provider based in Hyderabad, Ameerpet location. On 08/05/2023, I took the internet connection with 100 MBPS by paying Rs1944. However, after the installation of the wifi box at my location, the service provider did not respond to my calls or messages for the activation of my plan.
As a working professional, I rely heavily on the internet for my day-to-day activities, and the lack of response from Hathway has caused me significant distress. I have been unable to complete my office work on time due to the internet issue, and my managers and team leaders have been pressuring me to meet deadlines, which I am unable to do.
I would like to request that the Consumer Court take appropriate action against Hathway for their negligence and lack of response to my requests for activation of the internet connection. I urge you to take prompt action in this matter and ensure that Hathway provides me with the internet connection that I paid for and that they fulfill their obligations as a service provider.
