Hathway — Incorrect Plan activated and no response from customer care | |||
Hi, I have recharged my Hathway account post expiry and this time I have changed my plan and recharged the new plan amount and that plan details was explained for me by customer care executive and they sent an plan details in email. As per that email only I have paid money online but now they incorrectly activated some other plan. I have raised complaints and there is no response at all. And am trying to reach customer care but the automated response says the complaint is in progress and I have to wait and it did not connect my call to support executives. There is not even a single response from Hathway so far and now their customer care number also not reachable. Worst network from broadband ever with VERY PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE.
