Hathway — infrequent internet and slow service

I am facing this problem with Hathway Thane wagle estate, from one month now Every days there is no connectivity or frequently disconnection problem. Every time the complaint lodged the customer care executive provides a complaint no. and says that it will be attended by the engineer but still we face same problem after few days. I really want hathway to solve the problem with their servers with Immediate effect. Awaiting your kind reply for the same. resister no. is 902***1147
