[Resolved] Hathway — internet | |||
I have made connection 10 days back, they have installed modem but iam not getting internet, i have reached out each and every person i can and received very poor response from hathway team, i have paid 3179, i have raised request through customer care for cancellation of subscription and for refund, they said you will receive call from hathway by end of the day but not yet acknowledged, So, i have called back again to customer care, Now the customer care person was like, account details are not found Was this information helpful? | |||
