Hathway — Internet connection not provided yet | |||
I have applied for hathway internet connection on 1st august 2016 and made a payment for three months subscription to mr. Ajay jaiswal (Sales executive of hathway in indore). He confirmed that the connection will be installed on 2nd august but the connection was not provided. When i called ajay jaiswal about this issue, he didn't received my call, not replying me back when i sent him messages. So, i called customer care of hathway on 3rd august and they confirmed that the connection will be installed in maximum 7 days. Today its 9th august but the connection is still not provided. I called the customer care again but they said that the connection will take 10 more days. Sales executive should have informed me before collecting the check from me that the connection will take more than 20 days. Today i called ajay jaiswal again from another number. He picked up the phone and said that he will call me back in 5 minutes and update the status but i didn't received any call from him. After waiting for 30 minutes, when i called him again then his phone was switched off. Was this information helpful? | |||
