Hathway — Internet connection unstable. No resolution of complaint.

Hi, I have taken hathway connection two weeks since then i m facing issue of internet connection unstablity. Have called customer care hundreds of times but issue is not resolved. I am fed up of calling them and talking to them sitting over there. They have eaten my money as they have taken advance of three months. For last two days i have taked to my family as much i have called their customer care. They are just cheaters. My account no is 1398688
