I am from Delhi and have been using Hathway connection for 2 years. For last one year, there are continuous interruptions of data service every day. In every hour, the connection goes off for 2 minutes, though the wifi signal shows full strength. With such lousy wifi continuity issue, it was so difficult to do work from home. I had to opt for alternative connection. But as the date for renewal came closer, for last 15 days, everyday i get 2-3 calls for making renewal payment. Even yesterday the same issue persisted after they changed the router. Would strongly suggest others not to opt for renewal/ new connection without checking the wifi service continuity over a full day. If the connection goes off for 2-3 min in every hour, its a completely useless option. Ideally, I should have been refunded the amount of last 8 months ( from the time, I had to take an alternative wifi connection in the same address- i have all the bills).
