As a new customer im not able surf ney at night from 10:30pm to 8am every night the issue hasn't resolved till now which i have been complaining about the issue since past 1 week. Till no technical team hasn't arrived to resolve it. Where my friend who is a old customer getting net day and night and his plan is lower than mine. The common sense question is i am able surf the net at day but can't use at night

Updated by Rahulvemula33 Till now my issue has been resolved . How a pathetic your executives and technicians are the seem don't care about the customer conserns and their problems. My internet keeps disconnecting from night to morning every night . It is shame to say this issue every to your helpline and all they say is issue will be resolved in 24 hours . Its been 14 nights are even imagine how pissed iam that my internet sucks at every night from 14 nights and broadband services give not shot about that
