[Resolved]  Hathway — Internet never worked after the activation

My Hathway account no is 1124557.Its been more than 10 days since my account got activated and the internet connection does not work.One day it worked for 10 min and next 2 days it didn't work.I have already raised so many service requests and all the service requests have been closed with a status saying that issue has been rectified where as no technician came to my place to fix this issue nor i received any call from Hathway.Whenever i call up Hathway Customer care and the tell me that it will be rectified within 24 hours.Only god knows when that 24 hours will come.How can i file a complain against Hathway and sue this company?They are cheating all the customer.
