Hathway Internet — Not provide services | |||
My account no :([protected]) raised Technical request having ticket no:14092020M985741 on 14th Sept as the internet went down suddenly. as you already know the importance of the internet while doing work from in this pandemic situation. without giving any prior notice my internet connection is discontinued saying Hathway has some internal dispute with the local cable provider, it was not informed neither on installation period nor renewation of subscription period. we personally visited the hathway office located at 4 time but it wont work. The first 2 day they said we will send the technician and he will fix it instantly. Later they said there is some ongoing issue with the local hathway provider. We will try to figure it out quickly and the net will up soon. even its 5th day of continuous chasing not getting a solution on it. one day loss means a day without work and indirectly we will lose a day's salary. Requesting you to please provide us a solution and make the connection up, already we are in 5 day salary loss. total 5/6 connections are down because of this dispute.
