[Resolved] Hathway — internet not working...not resolved even after 30 hours of complaint

One of the worst internet providers. I registered a complaint that the internet is not working at my place. The customer care said it will be resolved in 24hrs. I requested that it was urgent and they mentioned it will be done before 24 hours. It was never done within 24 hours. So I called the customer care and the professionals kept saying 1 hour more. When I wished to speak to their managers, in the name of transferring they kept saying transferring and disconnected after some time. They also mentioned that they will give call back which never happened. After several calls like this, the customer care professionals started asking me to be professional. Finally, I asked them to take away the connection. Which this filthy company immediately did. But did not return the money immediately. Bad service and bad professionals. They have blocked my money for 15-20 days but disconnected the service immediately.

Updated by Amrita2405 The company has now refused to pay a refund. The refund which they initiated and said will be given in 15-20 days, now they are saying that it is company's policy to loot their customers and not refund their money. Losers, cheats, thieves in disguise of a company

Updated by Amrita2405 The company keeps saying there will be no refund. Also, during installation they used the LAN wire of other internet service provider. When I got the new connection done, the original provider of the LAN used it. So there is no way I can use the Hathway connection. And no refund as well. This company should be banned for cheating and now stealing as well!!
