I am an old customer of Hathway, Every year We renew your services by making approx Rs.15000/- for 50 MBPS plan.
I am into Retail business and we need constant Internet connection. I have approx 7-8 devices connected all the time. Earlier the speed use to be fine but since last 3 months the speed has been very bad. I have complained on several occasions but no response we receive. On 11th Nov I logged the complain with ID 11112020w243100 once again and I was assured that the backend team member will address our issue but no body came and our complained was closed. I was informed by SMS. Today again I complained once again and I am given same answer. If I do not receive response to fix my problem then I will be forced to send legal action.
