[Resolved]  Hathway Internet Service Bangalore — Internet service broadband

Most of the time internet is not accessible, and when I call customer care they are telling entire area link is down. They took money from me for replacing modem till now nothing has been done. They worst service provider, would like to file official complaint also. What shall I do.
