Hathway — Internet speed & Billing issue | |||
Dear Support Team Subject: Regards to Billing & Speed As I have mention on the subject, I have already paid 3 months advanced payment, however I got an email which read I have to pay Rs 94 due. So please have a double check. Second and major issue regards to the Internet Speed. I have subscribed for FUB 25GB + 512KBPS unlimited. (Plan Name HD Stream 1) But after 10GB of FUB the speed reduced to 512Kbps. tried to call to your customer care on[protected] reached to line where I was the 12th caller. Reached where I was a 2nd caller & call disconnected. NOTE: Due to its a paid service the balance get over only to call the tech support number line Tried to reach to the line tech or the installation person, No Go Called on [protected] after 12th attempt one lady pickup the call & offered a call back from the technical support team. Sorry to say this, NO ONE CALLED BACK. I am not able to connect to the Internet,
Tried to call to Hathway Customer care, Even today I was on a Q for 10min, No Go
Tried to call the tech how took the money for the subscriptions, No response
Called the [protected] number, a person answer & informed. This is not a Customer service call to Customer service & disconnected the call
So Would you please have a check & help me...
