Service provided by hathway is tremendously bad . we paid hefty amount of 5500 Rs for 50Mbps speed, the speed which we are recieving is 0.78Mbps and 1.0 Mpbs at the max. We are calling from the 10 Dec till date to resolve the issue. I exhausted calling the customer care to resolve this issue. The service are least interested to help to resolve any of the requests. I have been requesting them to give the technical support number which they are very reclutant to provide. I would definitely request that they should be a law to adjourn these kind of service providerers.
