My acc no 1269987 i hv taken 50.mbps 10 gb plan per month n i hv taken 6 months plan for which i hv already made advance payment for 6 months but i m gtg speed of 2 to 4 mbps n lot of buffering is coming i hv made several complaints to Hathway customer care n my area Hathway off at Dahanukar wadi, Kandivali west but it seems they r not bothered to solve the problem i think HATHWAY IS CHEATING PEOPLE by selling such plans i m facing a lot of problems as my business is on net n i m suffering a grt loss due to this speed problem.
