[Resolved] Hathway — internet suspended | |||
We have been without Internet for a month now, despite timely and full payment of dues. Excess amount paid also has not been refunded Everyone I call either cuts the call or their phone is switched off. Pathetic. I can't do anything because I've paid so much money. Every time I contact someone they say "don't worry, it will be resolved soon". The sales coordinator who I interacted with while registering for Hathway says someone messed up but we can't do anything, and that I've left (Sarath). Suraj who is apparently a manger keeps cutting my calls and when I call from another number denies he did this. Tejas (some big guy in billing) tells me to wait for one day, and when I calm again the phone is always switched off. What am I supposed to do. I have no idea. Was this information helpful? | |||

Legal Notice has been sent to me for hathway broadban. to pay imeediately Rs.6000/. I am not using this connection for last 3 years. I don't why i am getting calls about this. The people are saying they are calling from New Delhi. please help
