Hathway — Invoice not received

Hi Team,
I have opted for the Hathway broadband connection with 3 months plan in the Month of Feb-21 and I have not received any Invoice for the same. I don't see any Hathway complaint mail and customer care executive number to reach out to you directly hence placing this complaint.

Please send me Tax invoice ASAP as this is going to be very critical for me to show an active Broadband connection.

Hi,
I have selected Hathway prepaid broadband connection for 3 months and my last recharge was on 29th Oct but I don't see my invoice . All that I see is 'invoice not found'. I have no clue how to reach out to you guys. Its very important for me to get my invoice bill as I have to claim for internet reimbursement. Please help !! My account number is [protected].
