Hathway Isp — No response and fake commitments even internet connection in inactive since last 6 days

I am a customer of Hathway ISP and my account number is 1537363.

My internet connection is inactive since last 6 days due to some technical issues (no payment issue, paid for a quarter already). I called Hathway service team more then 7-8 times and also had talks many times. But, no solution has been provided. Seems to have non competent team sitting there and doing time pass. Even they committed to visit and resolve, nobody visited my home so far. And now they are not even picking calls and no callbacks. Every time a common reason that we were busy in field. I have recorded all calls so far.
