Hello,
This complaint is regarding hathway broadband company, Am hathway user since 2-3 years. My hathway account number is [protected], I had raise a issue/query that I have to relocate from my current position to new one. I had pay the relocating charges/fees '300' Rs on 13th of June 2022. They said we will resolve it in 3-4 business days maximum. on 16th June I call the customer support and report it again with a complaint & the person said in 24-48 hours it will resolve. on Mid 17th June I had to re-call the customer care and said it I will pass down the issue and update you soon. After a few hours around 4 PM on 17th June technician person came and fixed the router and said the internet will available after 1-hour max. After 2 hours there's no sign on internet, I had to re-call the support desk and person said it will be provided by 17th End of the day which is 7:30 PM (She stated time as well). Today is 20th June 2022 still my internet is not there, No technician came, Support desk is not picking up my call. Was this information helpful? |
