[Resolved] Hathway — Misbehaving and Threatening Calls | |
Dear Sir/Mam, I have already requested Hathway team to transfer the account from my name to other name. I am no longer owner for the particular connection. Still I am getting threatening calls to recharge the device. Even after telling multiple times, I am keep on getting calls where I don't use the account [protected]. Because of this I lost my peace. I am getting at least 5 calls per day. I want a permanent resolution for this. I don't want Hathway team to enable DND. I want Hathway team to remove my number from the account : [protected]. Note : On Mobile App & Hathway bill it is not showing my number [protected] but I am getting calls. Was this information helpful? | |
