[Resolved]  Hathway — Money not refunded after disconnection

Hi, I had submitted modem to Hathway Bangalore team and they told me that modem money and extra payment done by me in past will be refunded. They confirmed me that I will be getting 1293 as refund amount in 30 days in Jan-14. But now no one is replying to my mails and I have not recevied any amount.
