I have already raised connection close request to Hathway. But they have not closed my account yet. I want to close my account ASAP. Multiple time I had spoken to customer care, got response like they no request details and they disconnected the call, sometimes they pretend to not audible and they disconnected the call and sometimes upon hearing my concern immediately they disconnect the call. Regarding the same I tried to reach out to Hathway Nodal Officer Pune, but no response yet. Here is my service request details: 16102021B448548 - raised on 16th Oct 2021 13102021B409259 - raised on 13th Oct 2021 (Not sure how this req got close since no action has been taken or even no call to user) Was this information helpful? Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Oct 21, 2021 Updated by San55 Hathway, My request gets closed without any action on behalf on request. How could you do this to custumer?. Today again I raised new request for disconnection since old requests are closed by you. new service request no: 21102021B527555 Nov 11, 2021 Updated by San55 Its been 1 month still no response from Hathway.
