Hathway — My complaint not resolving since two month and unethical behaviour

Hi, my name is renuka balagoni, my hathway account number: [protected], i have raised a complaint on 18th september (i have attached the document below), i have called customer care 22times in this time period, there is no proper response and we paid 8months advance, they are playing with us. i don't know what to do. it's been 50days my internet not working please do needful.
