[Resolved] Hathway — need to close my broadband connection | |||
I m not getting a proper speed from hathway broadband as such mentioned in my plan 50 mbps vs 150mbps, i have raised a complaint regarding this and raised a ticket but still it is pending morethan 2 months, everymonth if my plan expired then i m getting a call and they acting and convenice me to recharge my connection saying raised a ticket to solve my problem.
