Hathway — No Cable From 2 days

This complaint is regarding my hathway cable set top box which is not working properly from 4th march 2015.This time, the problem in the box is totally different.On 4th march, my set top box suddenly changed its channel into all DD NATIONAL stuff.No other channel other than DDs are displaying in my menu list.Only channels which are available in my set top box available now are the 8 channels which are of DD(doordarshan).Now, when the cable operator has switched off his phone too, i ultimately decided to write an online complaint to you guys. Hope you guys will help me resolve this problem as soon as possible.
