Date of incident: 22-& 23 March 2022
Hathway internet Mumbai took more than 24 hours to check a service disruption at their end. This was done after multiple escalations via calls, twitter and Email. it took them more than 24 hrs to fix an issue that takes 3 minutes.
In lieu of the disruption of service, I contacted them several times over Email and Calls (to Customer support) but haven't got any response. On call they say they have escalated to "seniors" and I will receive a callback. The customer service also refused to lodge a complaint ticket to track the request.
They seem to avoid taking responsibility of technical failures, (which are frequent)
