We have made 21 Complaints or more since October till date and we haven't got a solution besides
1) We have taken down Complaint and we shall look into it on Priority Basis.
2) There is an engineer scheduled for a site visit as there is a problem in your line.
3) Your problem shall get resolved in the first half following day.
4) We are looking in to the problem and there is a new server being installed but not to worry you shall be online soon.
5) Sir resolution has been provided and your ticket has been closed. but not to worry we have your issue resolved at priority and please take a new ticket number ...
