I had been continuously calling with regards to the unavailability of internet since last 10days.
Everytime I get is an eta of 24hrs and a resolved ticket without actually resolving it.
This way of providing service and customer support is extremely frustrating. Neither the issue gets fixed nor do anyone transfer my call to escalation team.
Looking at your twitter page and on Hathway forum, seems like most of your customers are deprived of the service that you claimed to provide. If I may suggest you should just accept your failure and shut down the company, because incompetency does not last.
