Hathway — No internet connection since 4 months

I am dr.A.B.Choudhary, aurangabad, maharashtra, india.
My custumor no old 187656 and new no.[protected]
previously as soon i started p.C. Automatically net started working, previous to that i was to log in, which stopped and
i was automatically connected as soon as started p.C.
Now there is no login board, no automatic connection
only on phone i get sms daily that
"dear customer as on date you have consumed 14174.707 mb out of 18432 mb.This is just to keep you informed on your account usage."
how can i use balace before due date if i am not connected.
