Hathway — No internet for past one month

Hello,
I would like to proceed this complaint on hathway broadband services where i've paid 8 months for their service and for past one month there is no internet service given to my. On my repeated complaints made with hathway all my requests where closed without any resolution provided. Due to hathway harassment i'm facing business and financial loss. Everytime when i raise request technician comes home and says there is no issue on their end and closing the request. Here by i'm attaching the list of request i've raised. I'm thinking of proceeding this case legally.. My hathway account number : [protected]
