Hathway — No internet service after i have paying the monthly and quarterly charges

Hi i have an Hathway account no 243956, in India - Hyderabad - Moti nagar. i have been paying every time monthly or Quarterly charges to the hathway executives and they promise that i will get regular net. But, i never get even for a week completely in month on weekly basis. i have to call customer care and i have spent almost 200rs for phone calls to customer care in every month. However, its waste of my efforts and my money since they never respond for my request. they never lift my call, the exucutives who are technicians for my locations. i would like to log a complaint on this to take necessary action and solve my issue on priority and refund my amount .
