Hathway — No network after data update and 6 months renewal | |||||
Hi, I hold an account no 1129486 under the name of Divakaran with the Hathway network. A week before the due date of my renewal date, I had received an e-mail stating that my connection was deactivated as I had consumed my data/due for renewal. Immediately I had made a additional top up of 10GB for Rs.572/- and also did a 6 months renewal for Rs.3250/-. It had been close to 10 days since I had done this payment and my connection still remains in a deactive state. I have contacted the customer care over phone for over 20 times and each time I get a response stating the issue will be resolved within 24 hours of lodging the complaint. There was also no call back from the technical team to solve this issue. I would request the Hathway team to get this issue resolved at the earliest or get my amount refunded and have my account deactive as it is. Was this information helpful? | |||||
