I am writing this after feding up with the hathway broadband support.
I am not getting the internet connection from 12th NOV 10 AM raised the ticket on that same day.
According to them, the resolution time was 13 NOV 5:47 PM. I did was tried to contact them but they are not having any direct number to contact. tried to call on[protected].
I want to make this issue in front of your eyes because these people are not listening to customers and giving only false promises.
You may aware whenever we call to any such customer support there are IVR calls and minimum post 20 min you will get the person to tell the issue.
Post telling the issue they are only telling we are taking as the highest priority.
Checking on the internet get to know that there are more than 5000 complain registered within 1 month with no resolution.
They take the money in advance and providing such type worst of service.
I have posted the companin in diffrent social media plateform but there also i did not get any resolution.
One two time i get to know that they are telling like backend end team called you but if you will check my contact history i never get any call from Hathway broadband.They are falsly updating that they called.
I am adding all the Attachment in that concern and hoping you will take the appropriate acting against them.
I taled with nancy, Obama, Asif, Arif etc..while connecting to customer care.
