[Resolved] Hathway — not providing data promised during renewal | |
At the time of my broadband renewal in march 2017, the sales agent fom hathway broadband had promised me 700 gb data per month if i renew for 1 year. That was the worst midtake i made as now i am stuck for 1 year and i have to fight for every little thing that was promised during renewal. Till last month my account was showing 400 gb data per month. I raised a service request for correction and have been following up with thier billing team and so called nodal officer also via email. To my shock, instead of correcting to 700 gb per month as was promised, now my data plan shows 200 gb per month. I also had to follow up a lot to get my billing amount corrected which was showing a balance due even after making the full payment.
