Hathway — Not responding for the complaints days

Iam narothamnarothamaken Hathaway broadband connection and iam facing so much problem by using this Hathaway broadband connection I have taken the 15mbps speed but iam getting 600 kbps and I have complained so many times to the customer care and they are saying that the problem will be resolved in 6 hours but there is no responds til now so please take action
