I am facing slowness and on 26th when I called Customer Care, I have informed that my data usage is exceeded and
I have to wait till 1st of March for renewal of my subscription. and as an alternate I had bought top-up of 10GB for Rs.573, which hasn't been activated yet,
Now on 2nd May, I still face the same slowness issue and after calling to Customer care I have now informed a total new story that my billing cycle is on 24th of every month.
My queries are:
1. Why I have been informed as my billing cycle is on 1st of every month and forced me to do a top-up if its actually on 24th?
2. If it's on 24th of every month, why I didn't get renewed on time?
3. Why people sitting as Customer Care doesn't provide exact information nor co-operates except repeating the same 'sorry' without looking into the actual issues? Was this information helpful? |
