[Resolved]  Hathway — Payment debited but no bill

I have made payment of Rs 5055 on 10 Feb 2015 through online mode. But however the payment was debited the confirmation of the same could not get through. I want to know the status of renewal or in other case refund of the payment made. Nothing has been done yet. Account :1117584 Transaction Ref No[protected]IG00OYCXO4 SBI, INB Mode
