[Resolved] Hathway — Pending Co-axial Wiring to the Hathway Modem | |||
My Account Number is : 1179005. I have paid for a New Hathway cable internet connection, for which I received an acknolwdegment letter Dated 18/09/2014 mentioning my Customer ID. The Co-axial cable wiring for the Hathway Modem was done on the previous day. However on my consent, we asked the wire-men to use the existing Building co-axial cable to extend the connectivity. We later noticed that the existing wiring was too old to sustain the connectivity, which was discovered after installing the modem. The same was intimated the very next day (18/09/2014) to the local person who had come for explaining the initial plans and offers to us and we requested to resend the Wiring Team to provide a separate direct cable connection to the modem. A week has passed since the initial request has been made for re-wiring and in-spite of frequent Follow-ups and a series of false promises from the same person, the work is yet to be completed. Considering the services and the Brand of “Hathway”, we anticipate better response towards customer satisfaction and Professional approach towards such query. We request you to please assist with a solution to the issue, or else if not possible, kindly issue a re-fund of the paid amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
