Hathway — plan change not activated since long

Hi My acc no is 752608 with hathway broadband. I have requested for a plan change 2 weeks earlier, inturn the support team asked to pay money for activation. I have paid the amount and sent them to affirm the copy of amount realization for change of plan. I have been backing them since 2 weeks, and no sign of plan change till date. They are not responding to my emails even. The nodal officer no, doesn't get connected at all. This is not a good way to cheat customers after asking them to pay money. :
