Hathway — poor connectivity and irresponsible customer care. | |||
I have cancelled my hathway internet connection (Account Number 1064271) due to poor connectivity and irresponsible customer care. I also submitted the modem and router to them vide receipt no 56334650 dated 17th Sep 2014. As per thier customer care I am supposed to get the deposit amount of Rs.1000/- towards router in 20 days. I have sent so many mails to thier customer care i.e [protected]@hathway.net and hyd.[protected]@hathway.net but no body is responding. It is almost 45days but still I am waiting for the update. I have made so many calls to their customer care and they are saying different answers each time. Mr. Raghu (Regional Manager) and Mr. Sastry (unable to reach him after so many attempts) were not able resolve this issue Guys in hyderabad..Pls dont go for any kind of hathway services..
