Dear Sir, Complaint Nos : 14486461, 14499972, 14504668, 14514073 This is to bring your attention reg. the above mentioned Complaint Nos. these Complaints were recorded for last three days. Initially the Complaints was done for no internet connection.Although after one day I was able to connect to the Internet but receiving a speed of around 9.35 MBPS whereas my Scope is 50 MBPS. Since last two days I had been complaining reg the Speed Issue but Hathway is unable to resolve the issue. Unfortunately every morning I am getting an SMS saying that the Issue has been resolved but I am not getting the proper speed. Also I am unable to get connected over phone to your Customer service No.[protected], which says busy all the time. Whenever I could able to connect the Customer Service Executive tells that the Issue would be resolved by next day morning. This has become a never ending issue. I need a solution for this.
