I have contacted customer service they made me pay 300rs for shifting my connection without checking wheter they provide connection in new address. I paid now they are rejecting my request stating my address proof was not according to their guidelines. I reached out to customer care again then they are saying they don’t provide connection in my new Address which is Sithalapakkam, Chennai, and told me to email help desk for refund the shifting amount taken by Hathway.
