Hathway — Poor Internet Connection and no Response after 2 Complaints

Hi, I have Hathway Broadband Connection with account number 1170067 and plan with 50MBPS but the speed is less than 1MB, I have logged complaints with Hathway customer care with reference number 13135645 & 13139856, but no response from the customer care or Engineers, I am unable to access Internet now close 15 days properly, can anyone look into this and get it rectified Regards Balasubramanyam S
