Hathway — Poor service and Misbehavior

Dear Sir, I have problem with some of the channels and contacted the cable service provider to inform the same. He responded back with uncomplimentary words where I got so upset due to his misbehavior and also decided to cancel my connected.His name is Narasimha reddy.
