[Resolved] Hathway — Poor service | |||
Dear Mangesh... Account Number : 1238609 I have been availing Hathway Internet for a month; and its been largely a forgettable experience. Maybe Hathway thinks I am a child so I need parental control. Maybe that is why everyday after 9:00 pm; Internet goes down. I tried to switch the plan to 2mbps; however was told that it can't be done mid way of a billing cycle. So I am stuck with 512kbps plan which works slowly than 2G mobile network I was using 4 years ago. Last night n night before that; I called customer care 4-5 times, however never once I could speak to you technical "EXPERT".
