[Resolved] Hathway — Poor service daily broadband discontinue for 12 to 16 hours | |||||
We have made continuous six complain every alternate day - for any time stopping Hathway Broad band internet services and some time very poor network. Can not open or sign in mail account. Frequently service brakes. An average break down hours are 10 to 16 hours since last 12 days. Complains are just noted and no feed back. None of them call back . any time start working and at the mid of work connection off. If they call for an advance money to deposit for services - why services are lacking and no feed back - Must not cheat consumers this way. Was this information helpful? | |||||
