Hathway — Poor WIFI range, high fluctuations in speed, high latency

I took a connection in August, however the speed falls exponentially after 4m radius. doesn't even cover my half house. I have raised a ticket many times, however, no proper action has ever been taken. I just want a refund for the remaining days of my subscription.

Updated by bhavya223 Topping everything, they ask me to buy a booster/mesh-router, which is extremely uncalled for, as I paid for a wifi that'd cover my entire house.!
